万国华现任上海交通大学特聘教授，，，博士生导师。。他在华中理工大学、上海交通大学和香港科技大学划分获得学士、硕士和博士学位。。2007年加入上海交通大学之前，，，在香港科技大学、澳门大学和纽约大学从事科研和教学事情。。

主要研究兴趣包括服务运作治理、运营与供应链治理、信息系统及治理，，，研究效果揭晓于Operations Research, Management Science, INFORMS Journal on Computing, Mathematics of Operations Research, Naval Research Logistics和IISE Transactions等学术刊物。。现任Production and Operations Management杂志的Senior Editor。。
