        游明敏教授，，台湾海洋大学运输科学系特聘教授，，结业于台湾大学，，现在已在国际顶级运输、、旅游治理、、治理科学学杂志《European Journal of Operational Research》、、《Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice》、、《Annals of Operations Research》、、《Omega-The International Journal of Management Science》、、《Journal of Business Research》、、《Transportation Research-Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review》、、《Tourism Management》等刊物揭晓文章多篇。2000年迄今已经揭晓74篇期刊论文，，近10 年共揭晓的58 篇期刊论文中，， 53 篇收录在SSCI、、SCI 索引、、1 篇EconLit 索引、、1 篇KSCI索引及3 篇TSSCI索引。
