        游明敏教授，台湾海洋大学运输科学系特聘教授，结业于台湾大学，现在已在国际顶级运输、旅游治理、治理科学学杂志《European Journal of Operational Research》、《Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice》、《Annals of Operations Research》、《Omega-The International Journal of Management Science》、《Journal of Business Research》、《Transportation Research-Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review》、《Tourism Management》等刊物揭晓文章多篇。。2000年迄今已经揭晓74篇期刊论文，近10 年共揭晓的58 篇期刊论文中， 53 篇收录在SSCI、SCI 索引、1 篇EconLit 索引、1 篇KSCI索引及3 篇TSSCI索引。。
